During the fall of 2013, Deloitte met with 5 CAIS schools to develop and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation Guide for all CAIS schools. This guide identifies the key areas of Independent Schools that will be affected by the CASL legislation. Two members of the Deloitte team that developed the package will be giving an overview of the legislation’s impact on independent schools and how we can prepare our systems and processes to be compliant.
